An Evening of Sitar and Yoga Nidra with Melissa Carey

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening as we journey inward to honor the quiet magic of the Winter Solstice. This sacred gathering weaves together the grounding presence of Yin-Yang Flow, the power of intention setting and Yoga Nidra, and the healing resonance of live sitar and sound.
We will begin by gently awakening the body with a slow and intentional Yin-Yang practice, designed to harmonize movement and stillness while supporting the natural inward pull of winter. From this softened space, we’ll drop into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation for deep rest and inner alignment—led by Melissa Carey.
Let the exquisite sounds of Bijay Shrestha’s live sitar carry you through layers of awareness, supported by immersive sound healing frequencies offered by Melissa.
