Mixed Greens with Wild Black Raspberries, Cucumber, Homemade Goat Cheese, Almonds, and Honey with Croutons and Champaign Vinaigrette
Deviled Egg Duo: Classic with Chive and Bacon with Tomato Caviar
Mini Cowboy Brat with Caramelized Onions and Homemade Pickle
Smoked Pork Belly with Jalapeno Cheddar Smashed Potatoes and Citrus Green Beans
Apple Pie Tart with Crème Anglaise Shooter

In addition to the meal, the evening will feature a short presentation about Victory Gardens and their history. 

The details:
- Tickets cost $65 per person per dinner, open to attendees age 16 and up
- Payment is due at the time of reservation
- Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate substitutions. Please be aware that foods will be cooked in a kitchen where allergens may be present. Thank you for understanding!
- This is a dry event, alcohol will not be served
- There is a purchase limit of 6 tickets per dinner
- Each table will seat six guests
- Each dinner will have some programmatic aspect to it. 
- Our Taste of the Past dinners are limited to 42 guests in order to maintain an intimate dining experience. Dress Attire for the event is evening casual.
