It’s back!! The best Catholic Gumbo cook-off in Acadiana: Collarnary Cook Off. Catholic priests join us from across Acadiana to show us their culinary expertise as they prepare their own authentic Cajun Gumbo for you to taste and vote! You get to decide who is the best cook as they go "Collar to Collar" in a fun competition like no other! With live music, Cajun food, and talented priests, this is a one-of-a-kind community event you do not want to miss!

A night of Gumbo, beer, and great times, benefiting the St. Joseph Scholarship Fund for John Paul the Great Academy. The Gumbo that takes home 1st & 2nd Place will also benefit the church parish of the respective priest!
The St. Joseph Scholarship Fund is an in-house financial aid program offered to families who need assistance in paying tuition or fees at John Paul the Great. Every donation and gift helps John Paul the Great make Catholic, Classical education accessible to as many families as possible.
