🏳️‍⚧️November is #transgenderawarenessmonth & #transgenderdayofremembrance on November 20th. Ladysmith Pride Society wants to acknowledge, honour and reflect by hosting a candlelight vigil at Transfer Beach🕯️ *no matter the weather!* 🌧️🌬️Join us; dress warm🧤, bring an umbrella ☔️and all your love & light ✨to share on this important day. Let’s hold space together to remember the lives that have been lost to anti-trans violence.💔❤️‍🩹Let’s show a commitment to building a safer future for all of our trans, 2spirit and gender diverse loved ones. We feel the need to make more visibility and awareness within our Ladysmith community. We encourage to please consider taking a short 30 minutes with us to light a candle(or battery powered), stand with us in solidarity✊🏻✊🏽✊🏿, maybe share a story and a warm drink with us. Hot chocolate or a coffee will be provided.
