Slip into your comfiest clothes, roll out your mat (or plop down on your favorite space in your home), and join me for Muse Yoga Mondays — a 40-minute journey to unwind, release, and reconnect with your radiance.

This isn’t just yoga. It’s a creative reset. A body-and-breath tune-up.

It’s your reminder that peace, play, and presence still belong to you - even on a Monday evening.

Each class blends gentle flow, breathwork, and meditation in a way that welcomes every body and any mood. Come to stretch, come to discover, come to remember that you’re worth showing up for.

This evening series is part of the Enjoy the Journey Retreats Community Yoga Circle, a growing online sanctuary where opportunities to practice with others are offered six mornings a week — and now, evening classes are available, too! Each class is an effortless-effort blend of breath, movement, and intention inspired by the Artist of Conscious Evolution deck, created by Kate Lemay.

This is the time I’m committing to teach through December 22nd - and if folks show up and stay interested, I’ll keep going:
