Coach Mike is excited to bring you a Rig Gymnastics Clinic designed to help you build confidence and strength on the rig, whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills or finally get your first pull-up 🙌

📅 Dates: 6-week course starting Saturday, March 28 and running through May 2
🕘 Time: Saturdays at 9:30 AM

This progressive clinic will focus on technique, strength development, and smart progressions so you can improve safely while seeing real results. Perfect for all levels, from beginners to those wanting to refine their gymnastics skills.
