- **Event Description**: Since the LTC Class of 2019, we have been facilitating the Community Action Poverty Simulation (CAPS) activity as part of Health & Human Services Day and inviting our alumni and the community to participate. A full CAPS activity runs with 80 minimum participants and can have up to 100 participants.

12pm-4pm OR 1pm-4pm (Full time commitment is required.)

Sign up to participate!  Your registration will generate an automatic calendar invite.

Volunteers sign-up for & will have one of two roles:
Family Members (1-4pm) or Community Members (12-4pm, lunch provided).

Current LTC class members are family members and do not need to sign-up. There is nothing to bring, all items are provided as well as detailed instructions for all participants.

CAPS activities are facilitated all across the country for community leadership programs, but also various community capacity building including organizations including school districts, nonprofits, elected officials, health care professionals, and social service providers.
