This will provide the information needed to be LMS certified on using the equipment in the shop. For more in-depth project based hands-on instruction, we offer workshops and one-on-one mentoring.This course will "certify" you on the drum sander, jointer, and planer at LMS. You will be asked to demonstrate how to use the machines to show proficiency.Individuals are welcome to sign up for multiple basics classes until they feel confident on the equipment.Closed toed shoes are required. Anyone ages 12 and up are welcome. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present at all times. These fees will be charged to the card we have on file. This fee is being instituted because we have had a pattern of members not showing up to our classes.
