PESTICIDE TRAINING IN SPANISH. CORE (8-21-2025) & PRIVATE (8-22-2025)

This class will be taught in Spanish and is intended to increase English comprehension of terminologies relevant to the subject matter. However, participants must have certain English reading and comprehension skill to pass a pesticide test that is only given in English.

Esta clase se impartirá en español y está diseñada para aumentar la comprensión de terminologías relevantes en inglés relacionadas con el tema. Sin embargo, los participantes deben tener un nivel de lectura y comprensión en inglés para tener probabilidades de aprobar la prueba para obtener la licencia de pesticidas, la cual solo se ofrece en inglés.

Core - THURSDAY AUGUST 21, 2025.

Private - FRIDAY AUGUST 22. 2025.

Doors open: 8:30 AM

Lecture: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Exam: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM must have a voucher to test same day. ONLY 3 SEATS AVAILABLE. Those who are going to take the exam must have a VOUCHER or they will not be able to take the exam. To take the test on another day, you must coordinate and book with the extension office and bring a voucher. Please, reserve your test seat as soon as possible call the Hendry County Extension Office at (863) 674-4094.

El EXAME SE PODRA TOMAR DE 3:00 PM a 5:00 PM. Los que vayan a tomar el examen deben tener el cupón o VOUCHER que se obtiene cuando se hace la registración para tomar el examen, sino no podrán hacer el examen. Solo hay cupo para 3 personas Por favor llame a la oficina de extensión de Hendry para reservar su puesto para el examen. Para tomar el examen otro día, las personas tendrán que registrase en la página de internet del Departamento de Agricultura y seleccionar la oficina de extensión donde desee tomar el examen y traer el voucher. TAMBIEN, usted deberá de llamar a la oficina de extensión seleccionada para reservar su puesto para el examen.

CEU's- You may attend classes to earn 4 CEU's for each day. Please enter your pesticide license number during check out for CEU.
