This wonderful resort has the hot springs and nice locker rooms . 6:30 p.m. - The first dinner will be held at Red Fort Indian Cuisine, one mile from the Airbnb. Day 2 November 23 Breakfast is provided at the Airbnb. Snow Canyon exploring day! Please bring your own picnic style lunch. This amazing canyon is near St. George, Utah and we will see Jenny's Canyon, a small slot canyon and the petrified dunes. During our St. George day out we also might stop at a rock shop and the art museum . We will vote to see if people want these stops . 6:45 -Return towards La Verkin and do a group dinner at River Rock with a beautiful patio area (salad and pizza). 8 p.m. - Free time. Day 3 - November 24 Zion! We will start with breakfast at the Airbnb (provided). Please bring your own picnic style lunch. We can leave for Zion around 8 AM. Retreat guests will be self guided in Zion using the Zion shuttle system ( I'll drop you right at the shuttle to go into Zion at about 8:45 a.m. ) so you don't need to worry about finding parking. In Zion, I recommend you view the entire length of the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive and stop at the Temple of Sinawava ( top #8). I would do the Riverside walk at the Temple of Sinawava ( it's two miles ). Explore any other stops you want along the way and come back to the Zion Shuttle Stop by 4:30 - 5:30 or so . I'll be there to pick you up! We will take a vote option for the second day for dinner. One is a BBQ place I love called Lonny Boys ( you'll have a $20 gift card to use ). After dinner on the second day, it's free time! I can make some suggestions or just lounge at the Airbnb up to you! Day 4 November 25 Breakfast at the Airbnb. Yoga class for the group is most likely 9:30 a.m.! This is optional. If you'd like to join it sign up for the the class 3-5 days ahead at MoquiYoga.com After yoga Join us for an optional group walk at Confluence Park along the river. Check out is 11:30 a.m. and retreat ends then, but we can store luggage until 3 p.m. I can make other suggestions for your day if you are extending your trip.
