Sound has the ability to reach places words cannot. Through the vibrations of Ethereal Melodies, we will release what no longer serves, soothe the nervous system, and realign with a frequency of calm, clarity, and inner light—especially during this season of long nights and introspection. ? Point Happy If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, energetically drained, or simply longing for stillness and support, this evening is for you. You don’t need to “fix” anything—just arrive as you are and allow the sound to do the work. I am truly excited and honored to hold this space and to begin the year together in a way that feels intentional, nourishing, and deeply aligned. You will experience a guided opening and closing meditation with a singing of the bowls meditation in the middle. Loungers, blankets, pillows and wash cloths to put over your eyes with aroma therapy and a bottled water will be provided. Early sign ups by January 4th will be a $40 love donation.
