Stefane’s unique teaching makes yoga accessible to all levels. Since his transformative career shift fifteen
years ago, he has guided thousands of people to find strength, flexibility, and balance in their
own lives. Stefane conducts workshops across North America, coaches individuals, and also
holds twice-monthly 450-person classes at Sunnylands. He is the author of “How to Not be a
Monster: the Impact of Yoga on Work, Play, and Family”
