Then relax in a comfortable aerial hammock that feels like a warm embrace. A partially guided meditation will allow you to drift away, like a dream, as you receive healing sound frequencies from various instruments. *Blue Lotus and Frankincense essential oils are optional for your journey.

*Space is limited to 9 people.
*No experience necessary!
*The hammocks are low to the ground but if you feel uneasy, we can accommodate you with a comfy oversized pillow.
*Eye pillows and blankets are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own or a pillow or whatever allows you to feel the most comfortable.
*You may want to bring water.

*Ryan is trained in all modalities used.
