We recommend taking the class as early as possible because it gives you a longer period of time to implement the exercises, to build your body strength, but also begin to prepare your mind for the emotional and mental rigors of labor and birth. Would you run a marathon without training for it? This class "trains" you for the marathon that is pregnancy and birth!

You will also learn relaxation techniques, laboring and pushing positions, peanut ball tips, daily activities for pregnancy and postpartum, and SO MUCH MORE!

Led by certified 4th Trimester Fitness Method instructor and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Christie Gibertini RYT-500, RPYT, RCYT

Class sizes are limited and registration is now open!

You will need to purchase and bring your inflated birth ball to class. Ball sizing info will be sent to you at registration.
