Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and unwind. Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations and find your inner peace. This event is the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Don't miss out on this chance to recharge and refresh your mind, body, and soul.
Bring blankets, pillows, yoga mats, eye masks..... anything to make you feel comfortable during the sound bath. Some mats and chairs will be available. Feel free to bring crystals, or small treasures that resonate with you on this date. Water bottles are permitted in the Loft. Doors open at 1:45pm (CST). The Lavender Shop will be open after the event for shopping.
