About Our Speakers:
Courtney Gray is the Marketing and Business Development Manager at Spectra Credit Union. In this role, Courtney is responsible for managing brand marketing activity, contributing to content strategy, and developing relationships with businesses and non-profits in the community.

With over ten years of nonprofit experience, Veronica Floyd has dedicated her career and personal life to empowering her community. After graduating from Howard University with a BA in Finance and George Washington University with a MA in Public Policy with a concentration in Women’s Studies, Veronica furthered her passion for service by working in the Development and Volunteer Management field with a local nonprofit. There, she led and cultivated their in-kind donations and volunteer program. Veronica is a certified Credit Union Financial Counselor, a member of the MD|DC Credit Union Association Young Professionals Group, and the Board Treasurer of the nonprofit Volunteer Alexandria. Currently, Veronica serves as the Community Outreach Manager for Spectra Credit Union, where she connects Spectra's mission to help its members, employees, and communities reach their full potential to high-impact philanthropic, volunteerism, and financial education opportunities.
