First Rugby Match vs Patrick Henry High School

Hello Rugby parents,

I have some important information for the upcoming week.

Our first game will be at Patrick Henry High School with a kickoff time of 6:30PM. Show up is an hour before the start of the game. That school is located at 6702 Wandermere Dr., San Diego, CA 92120. That team has confirmed that they only have 1 team that week, so it is imperative that parents get back to me as soon as possible if your player is not available. If I do not hear from a family, I will assume you are available. The roster for that game will be released early next week. It is important that your player attends all practices. If you have decided not to play this season, again, please let us know so we can stop wondering where your player is. Communication is key. That being said, we are taking 10-11 JV players with us to fill out our traveling squad.

Practice next week will be Tuesday and Wednesday at Potter Jr. High School from 6pm to 7:30pm. We will be hosting a team dinner on Thursday Dec 11th from 5pm-8pm. If you would like to donate for this meal please use Venmo @FHS-Rugby_Boosters. We will eat and watch some Rugby film from last season. Details will be sent out next week.

We will also have shorts and socks available next week. The cost is $40 payable via Venmo at @FHS-Rugby_Boosters. Any donations are appreciated. I will be in the Potter parking lot under the lights both Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
