Kundalini is an internal practice of learning about your energy and how to use your breath in elevating and hold your energy frequency at a level you feel comfortable in. Kundalini kriyas are intended for outcomes, sacred action in your life. The ancestral yogis studied how energy flowed within the physical body, understanding how to align and heal our bodies, minds and souls with our breath.

Kristen Victor is devoted to a calling from Mother Earth, as a movement to restore balance, to protect, to heal + to guide humanity in deeper connection to the Earth. Kristen, through the embodiment of her ancestral grandmothers wisdom, guides our evolutionary rising, knowing when our circles are connected together the vibrational resonance is expansive and unstoppable.

Her work is grounded to restore, protect and create pathways that elevate self-awareness, foster connection to the natural world, and inspire positive transformation in the world. Kristen curates the beauty surrounding Sustainability Matters and A Regenerative Future, guiding a movement of change, based in evolutionary humanity.

Heidi is a holistic esthetician, Reiki practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga teacher with more than two decades of experience in the spa and wellness industry.
Her yoga journey began in 2010 when she discovered Kundalini Yoga, a practice that set her on a profound path of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth.

To deepen her practice and understanding, Heidi completed her 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. The profound physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts she experienced during her training inspired her desire to share the transformative wisdom of Kundalini Yoga and guide others in exploring its healing potential.

Fascinated by the connection between breath, emotional well-being, and outer radiance, Heidi continues to study trauma-informed somatic practices, holistic skincare, and natural beauty. She remains devoted to her own ongoing growth and evolution, both personally and spiritually.

Whether through her work as an esthetician or yoga teacher, Heidi creates nurturing spaces where individuals can heal, restore, and reconnect with themselves. Her mission is to support others on their journey toward greater peace, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. She believes that true beauty emerges from within and flourishes when we live in alignment with our authentic truth.
