PenCrafters is designed for writers who want more than encouragement. It’s for writers who want access.
This mentorship connects you with seven experienced mentors, each offering a distinct perspective and specialty within the writing and publishing world. That range means you are not receiving a single opinion or being guided down one narrow path. Instead, you gain insight across the entire journey of becoming a working author.
PenCrafters meets Monday evenings at 7:00 PM via Zoom for a seven-week session, beginning March 23rd. Each week features a one-hour presentation led by a different mentor, providing direct access to industry professionals. All sessions are recorded and available for later viewing. Zoom link will be provided closer to the event.
Our mentors include authors, publishers, editors, publicists, and writing conference owners, offering guidance that spans craft, publishing strategy, visibility, and long-term career sustainability. Participants will also retain access to the mentors beyond the program, extending the value well past the final session.
Through PenCrafters, you will learn from mentors with experience in:
Drafting and revising manuscripts
Traditional and independent publishing
Editing and developmental feedback
Book marketing and visibility
Building sustainable, long-term author careers
Instead of guessing what comes next, you will be able to ask thoughtful questions and receive guidance from professionals who understand both where you are now and where you want to go.
With PenCrafters, you will:
Gain clear direction tailored to your writing goals
Understand how the writing process and publishing process truly connect
Avoid common missteps that cost writers time, money, and confidence
Benefit from multiple expert perspectives rather than relying on a single voice
Build momentum through accountability and informed decision-making
This is not a passive course or a generic workshop. PenCrafters is an intentional mentorship experience built to provide clarity, confidence, and forward motion.
Participation is limited to ensure mentors can give meaningful attention and maintain a focused, supportive environment.
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing, learn from professionals across every stage of the writing and publishing process, and move your work forward with purpose, PenCrafters is for you.
