Indoor Breathwork at Hot Lake Springs Resort. Class starts at 7 p.m.

Experience a guided Breathwork session, where intentional breathing techniques help you relax, release stress, deepen your mindfulness practice, and feel good. All skill levels are welcome.

**Event Highlights:
-Breathwork: $20 per person (FREE for overnight lodging guests!). 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
-Bring: Your own yoga mat to lay or sit on; a light blanket and pillow can be used for added comfort.
-Dress: Please wear comfortable clothes.
-Class Size: Limited spots, must purchase in advance!
-Late Arrivals: Doors lock 5 minutes after the event starts, so late arrivals won’t be able to enter and disrupt the event.

**Make it a full evening:
Upgrade your experience with the option to add on a special evening soak in our mineral-rich waters from 8:00-10:00 p.m. (available only with the “Breathwork + Evening Soak” package and for overnight lodging guests).

Hot Lake’s location away from city lights makes the night sky a stunning backdrop. Bring swimwear and a towel.

Thermal Pub & Eatery: Open until 10:00 p.m. with beer, wine, salads, wraps, and more.

**Disclaimer:
-Access to the class is via stairs to the 3rd floor.
-Breathwork may involve intense breathing patterns that can trigger seizures in individuals with epilepsy. We ask that if you have epilepsy, you refrain from joining this class. We invite you to try one of our other classes.
-Guests who cancel within 12 hours of scheduled class will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
-Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged one hundred percent (100%) of the total service cost.
-Evening soaking (8:00-10:00 p.m.) is only available as an add-on with the “Breathwork + Evening Soak” package.
-No refunds on soaking upgrade should you choose not to soak.
-This reservation does not include any day use soaking access.  For day use soaking, make a normal reservation on our website (8am-8pm).
