Free Women's Self Defense Class
Join Shelter from the Storm and Backyard Jiu Jitsu for a free women’s self-defense class on Saturday, March 21st at 9 a.m.

In this one-hour class, you’ll learn practical, beginner-friendly techniques to help you increase confidence, set boundaries, and stay safer in everyday situations. No experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome.

Women and youth welcome – feel free to bring your kids to learn alongside you.
