What to expect:
🫙 Part I: Mushrooms in the Kitchen and Apothecary
Linda will teach participants the healing properties of mushrooms, then attendees will be guided in making several preparations to take home, including delicious patè, infused vinegar, tincture and powder blend.

🍽️ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM- Delicious Mushroom-based lunch 

🪵 Part II: Mushroom Cultivation
Ingrid will discuss mushroom cultivation, then guide the class through a hands on shiitake mushroom log inoculation. Participants will join the process, learning to inoculate logs, prepare and inoculate a wine cap mushroom bed, as well as how to grow oyster mushrooms in the garden AND small spaces! Everyone takes home an inoculated log, handouts, recipes & instructions. Additional logs will be available for purchase!
