Are you looking for a comprehensive, evidence-based sexuality education program that is thoughtfully grounded in values like care, respect, and compassion for self and others?

We invite you to participate in:  Our Whole Lives (OWL) Sexuality Education – Grades 4–6 (ages 9–12). 

When: Sundays, 2:30-4 pm; March 29th (required orientation); April 12-June 7 (no session on May 24)

What: Our Whole Lives Sexuality Education for Grades 4-6 (ages 9-12). OWL helps children learn about and discuss the physical, emotional, and social changes of puberty. OWL models and teaches caring, compassion, respect and justice. Participants explore values, communication and decision making as well as physical health and development. Parents and caregivers can be actively involved in the exploration of growing older, values, communication and decision making. Attendance to all (or nearly all) sessions is strongly encouraged. Registration is required, space is limited.

April 12th - Sexuality and Values
April 19th - Images in Popular Culture/Body Image
April 26th - Changes of Puberty/Gender 
May 3 - Feelings and Attraction
May 10- Reproduction and Staying Healthy
May 17- Decisions and Actions
May 31 - Consent and Peer Pressure
June 7 - Healthy Relationships and Celebration!
