One of our yearly traditions at Fork & Fable is to do a Fine Dining Night on New Year's Eve, and we are very excited about this year's menu!
Chef will be putting all of his fine dining experience on display as he prepares a 3-course spectacular for everyone!
Reservations will be in staggered time slots that will be available from 5pm-9pm! We will start taking reservations tomorrow, Friday, November 14th! Please call us at 608.881.8877 to reserve your table!
Without further ado, here is the New Year's Eve menu!
Starter Course:
Lobster Bisque
or
Roasted Beet Salad
(arugula, beet vinaigrette, goat cheese, gold & purple beets, micro bull's blood)
Entree Course:
Hanging Tender with potato mille-feuille, grilled broccolini, braised cipollini onions, demi-glace
or
Salmon Filet with sauteed cherry tomatoes, asparagus puree, lemon-dill sauce, fried sage
Dessert Course:
Vanilla Cheesecake with bourbon Caramel
or
No Bake Key Lime Pie
