Course 1:

 Mini Tostadas Duo

• Shrimp ceviche with mango salsa & jalapeño-peach creme
• Mojo pork tostada with mango salsa & cilantro-lime creme

Paired with Downeast Mango Peach Cider

Course 2:

Spicy Thai shrimp raviolo with mango chili sauce

Paired with 3 Sheeps Chaos Pattern Hazy IPA
