BLOOD DRIVE: Give Blood, It's a Life-Altering Gift

Every time you donate blood, you have the power to save up to three live. Give blood; it truly is a life-altering gift. The LaCrosse Lions Club is offering you the opportunity to make a life-saving impact by hosting a blood drive on Monday, September 15 from 1 to 6 p.m. at The Center in LaCrosse, with another drive scheduled for Monday, December 22. According to guidelines, the minimum waiting period between whole blood donations is 56 days. This means you must wait at least eight weeks between donating whole blood. These two drive dates have been scheduled so you can give at both.

Anyone 18 and over can donate blood, and students between the ages of 16 and 18 can donate with their parents’ permission.
