Join in a 4-week series co-sponsored by UU La Crosse to explore and express emotions in need of healing for your own well being. This might be big emotions like grief, anger, or despair or small moments of feelings.

Guiding prompts for artmaking and written reflection will be provided. Each week you will have the opportunity to share, but are not required.
All art materials will be provided.

Facilitator: Dr. Jan Wellik, EdD is founder and director of Eco Expressions - nature art programs for youth and adults since 2004: www.EcoExpressions.org and author of Nature Writing Field Guide for Educators and a poetry collection titled Embodied Nature. She has been an instructor at UW-La Crosse since 2009.
