# Event Details - **Event Name**: Awaken WKND 26: Unshaken - **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 23 Jan, 2026 at 05:30 pm – Sat, 24 Jan, 2026 at 05:00 pm - **Event Description**: A weekend gathering for college students and young adults united in Jesus who are eager to deepen their understanding of Christ.About this EventAwaken WKND Young Adult retreat is led to host a weekend retreat for the college age / young adult generation. This is something new and for some this is different. This age group faces alot of wordly decisions and spiritual battles daily. We feel led to host an event for them to come worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, fellowship with other brothers and sisters in Christ, and deepen their faith in Jesus. We feel called to carry out the call of Ephesians 5:13-14 to "Wake Up" from our Christian sleepiness, to go care for and love our neighbor, and serve Jesus in our homes, within the Church, in our community and world. There's not much we can do if we are spiritually asleep, so we need to Wake Up and rise from the dead. This is how others will know we are followers of Christ.
