- **Event Description**: 🦇🎨 Come on out to Lubee Bat Conservancy for a painting party AND a private behind-the-scenes tour to meet some of the world’s giant fruit bats up close and personal!

Local artist Samm Wehman Epstein of Samm Wehman Art will guide you as you paint your favorite pet, animal, or even a bat!

The first three hours will be a guided painting session where you'll create a portrait of your pre-selected animal. Samm, who has generously donated her time and talents to support Lubee, will pre-sketch your canvas and help guide your brush strokes as you bring your masterpiece to life. All art supplies are provided.

⚠️ Bats are not present during the painting session.

Once your artwork is complete, you'll enjoy a private behind-the-scenes tour led by one of Lubee's bat experts. Meet some of our amazing animals, learn about bat conservation, and get a rare look inside areas not typically open to the public.

🎫 Tickets are a $75 donation to Lubee Bat Conservancy. 100% of the proceeds support Lubee's bats and our conservation, education, and research programs. Ticket sales open on July 1st. 

Spaces are limited and pre-registration is required. No walk-up registrations will be available.

👨‍👩‍👧 Age Requirements:
• Ages 10 and up welcome
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Ages 16 and older may attend without a participating adult

Photos must be received by the Saturday before the event. Participants who do not submit a photo by the deadline will receive a blank canvas.
