2026 Renew Sound Bath

Join Amber from The Blank Space for a relaxing sound bath! A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you're gently immersed in resonant sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As you lie down and listen, the vibrations calm the nervous system, soften the mind, and invite the body into a restful, healing state-no effort required, just receive.

Bring anything that would make you comfortable, a blanket, yoga mat or pillow if you prefer!
