- **Event Description**: ?The Feminine Wave is a movement-based embodiment workshop designed to awaken the feminine energy in the body. Through hip-focused practices, flowing exercises, and guided movement, participants are invited to connect with their femininity- softness, sensuality, and inner strength. 

The practice helps release stagnation held in the hips and fascia, allowing energy to flow more freely through the body. You will also receive simple practices to continue at home, creating a daily ritual of self-connection and feminine embodiment. This is a space to awaken joy, sensuality, and fluidity in your body, creating a deeper connection to your feminine self. 

✨ The Feminine Wave offers participants the opportunity to connect more deeply with themselves and their bodies through movement that awakens the natural flow of feminine energy. By working with the fascia in the hips, stored tension is released, increasing mobility in the hips and spine while using somatic techniques that open the body and influence the emotional layers within. 

This process supports emotional release, connection to joy, and freedom of expression, while also reducing stress, strengthening the mind-body connection, and encouraging authentic self-expression. Participants often leave feeling lighter, renewed, and more connected to their true selves, with simple practices they can continue at home as a daily routine to carry the benefits into their everyday lives. 

?Activities in The Feminine Wave workshop include:�
We will begin with an opening meditation and a short sharing circle to create a grounded and supportive space. 

From there, we move into exercises designed to open the body and warm up the hips, explored in different positions—laying, sitting, and standing. These practices include somatic techniques to release tension from the fascia and activate the flow of feminine energy. 

Toward the end, participants will be guided into a short free movement session, allowing the body to integrate and express freely. 

We will then close with an ovaries meditation, a practice that connects deeply to the feminine center, sealing the session with softness and presence.

?‍♀️About Shani:
Shani holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Dance and Movement Therapy, with over seven years of academic study exploring the mind-body connection. A lifelong dancer, she began professional training at 13 and went on to perform internationally before expanding into choreography, creating original works, and teaching dance from the age of 22.

Her passion for movement led her into dance therapy, where during internships in mental health institutions she witnessed how life experiences are stored in the body. This deepened her belief in the healing potential of movement as a path to self-awareness and transformation. In addition, Shani is a certified yoga teacher (550-hour E-RYT) with over a decade of teaching experience. She now integrates her background as dancer, choreographer, therapist, and teacher into a holistic approach that combines creativity, embodiment, and healing.
