Begin with a Five Elements meditation and introduction to Ayurveda
Discover your unique constitution (Prakriti) through a guided questionnaire
Enjoy some Ayurvedic tea, tailored to your six tastes
Learn practical tools for restoring balance (food, routines, breathwork)
Learn about Ayurvedic clock, detox basics, and pranayama
Closing reflection circle

About Ina:
Ina is a yoga teacher with an academic background in
psychology and a lifelong connection to Ayurveda and yogic
philosophy, having grown up in an Ayurvedic and yogic
household.
Her personal journey deeply shapes her work. Finding her
way back to Ayurveda helped her calm anxiety, reduce
inflammation in her body and reconnect with a more
balanced and sustainable way of living. This experience
inspires her to share practices that are practical, accessible,
and rooted in everyday life.
