This 4-week course includes two classes per week and is designed to give students a strong, supportive foundation for a sustainable yoga practice. Through the Ashtanga yoga method, you will develop physical strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while also cultivating deeper self-knowledge that can positively support your daily life.
This introductory course is ideal for those new to yoga, as well as anyone curious about beginning an Ashtanga practice in a clear, accessible, and structured way. You will be guided by experienced yoga teacher and Gestalt psychotherapist Biannka Brannigan (ME!) with an emphasis on learning safely, building confidence, and understanding the fundamentals of the practice.
Participants will also receive additional resources to support an ongoing and independent yoga practice beyond the course.
