- **Event Description**: Join us for an evening with a returning guest, Rhonda House, as she shares the key messages of her book, Living LARGE, The Art of Radical Humanity.

In a world where kindness is an afterthought in so many of our interactions, the lessons of Living LARGE help us identify ways to nurture our relationships and rediscover how to use kindness as a superpower.

We'll begin the evening with a short grounding pranayama practice, then open into dialogue. Rhonda is excited to share her message and explore how we can work together to spread the loving kindness our world needs.

Copies of Living LARGE are available at www.balancebyrhonda.com, in-studio, or through the Momence app.  Our favorite summer time Hibiscus Berry tea from Honorguard Coffee will be served.
