𝐅𝐚̈𝐫𝐣𝐚̊𝐬 is an integrated place into nature. There is one main house with sleeping rooms and external cabins. Bed sheets are provided. Two eco-toilets are outside. Please note that the entire place is smoking-free and drug, alcohol, and caffeine-free.

Contact Improvisation is an art form that combines physical touch and expressive movement as primary tools to integrate the whole body-mind in an internal focus on the moment to create an authentic dancing dialogue between two people.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝 addresses the entire body, opens energy pathways, stimulates the nervous system, increases the range of motion and creates functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences performed on a mat and chair.

THE TEAM
Since 2015, Elodie has spread her infectious smile and love for people by creating connections through her classes and events. In 2019, she established Connect With Joy, a tango school based in Gothenburg. She is skilled in leading and following role and is known for her precise movements and clear communication.
𝐊𝐨𝐧𝐫𝐚𝐝 is a yoga and meditation teacher who loves tango. Since 2012, he has run Färjås Yoga retreats in Vallda, south of Gothenburg, a centre for spiritual teachings that can be applied to all aspects of life.
