Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.
Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.
Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.
If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.
The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.
After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.
Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.
No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.
Kuala Lumpur Tower New Year’s Eve 2026 (Dec 31, 2025): The tower will operate from 9am to 7pm, with last admission at 6pm; no entry will be allowed after 6pm, and all visitors must exit by 7pm.
