All paces are welcome, especially those who are fasting this month.Post-run, join  for a proper cool down with guided stretches and a quick posture screening. It’s the perfect way to loosen up, recover well, and give your body some extra care after the run. Plus, the posture screening can help you better understand your alignment and movement.Registration at the Canopy of Botanical Gardens; light refreshments will be provided after the run – there will be no bag drop available so please do pack light.
