Most family caregivers never receive formal training. They learn by trial, error, and sheer exhaustion — often while juggling jobs, children, and emotional stress.

I’m running a half-day practical workshop for family caregivers, domestic helpers, and anyone supporting an elderly loved one at home.
We’ll cover mobility, hygiene care, dementia communication, lifting techniques, preventing pressure sores, and—most importantly—carer wellness.
