✨ What is Aerial Pilates?

Aerial Pilates is a unique fusion of traditional Pilates exercises and aerial arts. It involves performing Pilates movements while suspended in a hammock, adding an element of suspension and elevation to the workout. This combination challenges muscle control, body coordination, and balance in new ways, as participants engage with the hammock to support and enhance their movements. Aerial Pilates also emphasizes mindful breathing techniques, integrating breathwork with movement to promote focus during the workout.
