2. Cacao & Tea Ritual: A Tea & Chocolate Pairing Experience

A refined sensory tasting exploring the surprising harmony between Vietnamese dry teas and artisanal chocolate. Guided by the experts, guests discover how delicate teas transform the aroma, texture, and flavour of cacao in unexpected and elegant ways. 
 
3. Cacao After Dark: A Chocolate & Spirits Pairing Experience  
Saturday, 4 April | 9:00 PM

An indulgent late-evening tasting where craft chocolate meets fine spirits. Hosted by the experts from Conspiracy Chocolate together with Regent Phu Quoc’s head bartender, the experience explores how cacao’s bitterness, sweetness, and texture interact with carefully selected spirits to create layered and intriguing flavour combinations.
 
4. The Chocolate Egg Studio: Easter Egg Painting Workshop  
Sunday, 5 April – Easter Sunday | 3:00 PM

A joyful Easter activity for families and guests of all ages. Participants decorate handcrafted chocolate Easter eggs with guidance from the pastry team, transforming them into colourful edible creations to take home in a beautifully designed keepsake box. 
 
5. The Easter Grand Table: Sunday Dinner with Live Chocolate Theatre
Sunday, 5 April – Easter Sunday | 6:00 PM

Celebrate Easter Sunday with an abundant dinner featuring seasonal specialities, international favourites, and vibrant live cooking stations. The evening culminates in a live chocolate showcase led by the pastry team, where guests can watch delicate truffles rolled fresh, chocolate mousse prepared in real time, and desserts finished with interactive chocolate artistry — transforming chocolate into a captivating finale to the celebration. 

6. The Cacao Journey: From Bean to Bar Workshop  
Monday, 6 April | 5:00 PM

The Easter program concludes with an engaging exploration of chocolate craftsmanship. Presented in collaboration with Conspiracy Chocolate, guests discover the journey of Vietnamese cacao from Dak Lak farms to finished chocolate. The session culminates with guests crafting their own custom chocolate bar to take home as a decadent souvenir.
