If you are interested in energy, vibration, massage, healing arts, Yoga, meditation or just want to increase your awareness, then maybe you'd like to become a Reiki healer?
Join me next month to learn the hands on healing technique that is Reiki.
The First Degree will start you on, not only your Reiki adventure and certify you in the Usui Shiki Ryoho (Usui System of Natural Healing) Level 1, but will also bring your awareness to another level. I will keep the group small, a maximum of 4 students, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible with a 50% deposit of the course.
*The course will be for about 4 to 6 hours each day. It might be a little more, or less, depending on the size of the group and how much people already know about Reiki, energy, and healing.
*Saturday is mostly the theoretical side of Reiki. We will meet at Wawel Castle on Saturday and then go back to Plac Wolnica 9 to practice some techniques on how to meditate and talk about energy, the history of Reiki and some of the theories behind it. Before you leave, I will give you your Reiki Attunement for Level 1.
*Sunday is mostly the practical side of the course. We will do more exercises to learn how to meditate and then practice different Qi Gong/Tai Chi exercises on how to build your energy and of course I will also teach you how to give a Reiki "massage" and other massage techniques.
*Tea and/or Coffee will be provided, as well as fruit and snacks.
