Max Pascal jest międzynarodowym nauczycielem Ashtanga Yogi, bezpośrednim uczniem Guru Sharatha Joisa i autoryzowanym nauczycielem poziomu 2 SYC.
Max prowadzi warsztaty oraz retreaty jogowe na całym świecie. 
Twórca AYC Ashtanga Yoga Cagliari, doświadczony nauczyciel i praktykujący poziom  Advance B.
Od ponad 20 lat zajmuje się nauczaniem i praktyką jogi. Jest wegetarianinem, miłośnikiem zwierząt oraz podróżnikiem.

Swoją ścieżkę nauczycielską rozpoczął w 2004 roku za zgodą swojej pierwszej nauczycielki, Lilianny Piotrowskiej w Polsce. 
Od 2011 roku pozostaje w tradycyjnym przekazie Parampara szkoły w Mysore.

Co roku odwiedza KPJAYI/SYC, aby pogłębiać wiedzę i rozwijać się w praktyce jogi. W 2013 roku otrzymał błogosławieństwo Sharathjiego do nauczania Ashtanga Yogi na poziomie 1, a w 2016 roku – na pełnym poziomie 2. Podczas swojej 13. wizyty w Indiach studiował również sanskryt oraz wiedzę wedyjską u prof. Jayasree i Vigneshwara Bhata.

Max nieustannie podróżuje i naucza, dzieląc się pięknem tej metody oraz swoim doświadczeniem. Jego motto brzmi: “Nie ma nic cenniejszego niż dzielenie się praktycznym doświadczeniem w każdej dziedzinie życia.”


Max Pascal is an internationally recognized Ashtanga Yoga teacher, a direct student of Guru Sharath Jois, and an authorized SYC Level 2 teacher.
Max leading workshops and retreats worldwide. He also established AYC Ashtanga Yoga Cagliari and is an experienced practitioner at the Advanced B level. With over 20 years of teaching and practice, Max is a dedicated vegetarian, animal lover, and passionate traveler.

He began teaching yoga in 2004 with the permission of his first teacher, Lilianna Piotrowska, in Poland. Since 2011, he has been part of the traditional Parampara lineage of the Mysore school.

Every year, he visits KPJAYI/SYC to deepen his understanding and knowledge of yoga. In 2013, Sharathji gave him the blessing to teach Ashtanga Yoga Level 1, and in 2016, he received full Level 2 authorization. During his 13th visit to India, he also studied Sanskrit and Vedic knowledge with Prof. Jayasree and Vigneshwar Bhat.

Max continues to travel and teach yoga around the world, sharing the beauty of this method and his personal experience. His philosophy is: “There is nothing more valuable than sharing practical experience in all aspects of life.
