You will learn effective facial self-massage techniques inspired by the Kobido method, helping to release tension, improve skin condition, and bring moments of relaxation and self-care into your daily routine.

• learn the basics of facial self-massage and its effects on the skin and facial muscles 
• discover simple techniques you can practice at home 
• learn how to prepare your skin for massage 
• practice movements that help relax, lift, and improve circulation

The workshop will be led by Nataliia Kozhemiakina, a massage therapist at MADI Holistic Studio, specializing in facial massage. MADI Holistic is a Kraków-based manual therapy and massage studio that takes a holistic approach to pain relief, muscle tension, and body regeneration.
