- **Event Description**: Way for Women invites you to join us for a series of four workshops consisting of an aerial yoga class and guided conversations! 
We are collaborating with Klaudia Henning (@little.aerial.joy) and Meli Melo Yoga Studio in order to dedicate some time to our bodies and minds through movement and conversations! 
Each class happens in an intimate setting - there are only 8 spots available in total for each class. 

? We start with a 1h 15 min-long aerial yoga practice (both beginners and intermediate yogis are welcome!) led by our instructor, Klaudia. She will walk us through how to use and become familiar with the hammock, as well as some basic poses, positions and movements. We will stretch, move each part of our bodies gently, and maybe even hang upside down for a little - if you’re brave enough!

? After the aerial yoga practice, we will separate into two small groups in order to talk about a topic chosen for each week.

This is a welcoming space for learning, reflection, and open dialogue. This event is open for every gender, paid and registration is obligatory!
