?The Challenge
Teams of two will move through 9 workout stations, with 600m of running between each station, for time.
(RUN - STATION 1 - RUN - STATION 2 - RUN...repeat until you've completed all 9 stations)
 
Every station tests a different part of your fitness - power, strength, endurance, and mental toughness.

Expect a mix of carries, lunges, sled work, rowing, jumps, and bodyweight moves that push you from start to finish.
 
*We do have a Solo option for Elite Participants crazy enough to tackle it alone.

?Arena Surface (Indoor Stations):
All workout stations are set inside the indoor equestrian arena.
The floor is a soft sand/fibre surface, not concrete. It’s easier on the joints, offers great grip for carries and lunges, and adds a unique feel underfoot that suits this style of racing perfectly.

Wear your normal running or trail shoes, just expect a slightly softer surface than a standard gym floor.

How it works:
• 9 workout stations, 600m running between each
• Teams move together through all stations
• Teams run together and split the stations however they want to
 
Schedule:
• Elite Batches: 07:00 – 09:00
• Fun Batches: 09:10 – 16:00
 
Pick your preferred start time (based on availability).
This keeps the course flowing smoothly and ensures everyone has a great race-day experience.
 
?Registration Flow

1) Enter the race
As soon as you complete your entry, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

2) Pre-event email (2–7 days before race day)
You’ll receive a second email with important event information and your QR Ticket.

3) Race day check-in
Bring your QR Ticket (on your phone or printed). We’ll scan it at registration, after which you’ll be welcomed into the Race Village to prepare for your start.
