Please spare sufficient time for the process.Please arrive at the venue 5 minutes prior to the booking time. Late arrival may lead to delay in service, which in turn lengthen your waiting time and the overall process.Late arrival for over 20 minutes will be considered as NO SHOW and your booking will be RELEASED to the walk-in students. Penalties may be applied.Cancellation PolicyYour absence would deprive other student's right to make an appointment in the timeslots. Therefore, you must send your cancellation request on Eventbrite on or before 23 March (Monday) at 9am.Rescheduling PolicyOnly cancellation is available, no rescheduling is allowed after your reservation is confirmed.
