Finally, how creativity leads to resilience.​Inspired by Chinese Philosophy, this personal growth workshop combines music therapy and forest therapy to facilitate connection, reflection, and discovery.​Date: 01 August 2026​Time: 7:00 - 8:30 PM​Place: Airside​Exchange: 250 HKD​Limited to 25 peopleThis workshop targets youth and young adults, though parents and all ages are welcome to attend.​Meet Your Facilitators:​Vivian Chan is a board certified music psychotherapist in the United States and Canada. She is a cofounder of Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness, whose vision is for a kinder more compassionate world. She is the Past President of the World Federation of Music Therapy, a fellow of the Association of Music Imagery, and Creative Arts Therapist.​Jerome Bautista is an ex-corporate employee turned wellness entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness, a certified forest therapy guide, and mindfulness, yoga, and sound healing practitioner. Coming from Hawai`i, he deeply believes in the healing power of nature and serves as a guide to reconnect people back to nature, and to themselves.
