Our day begins with botanical teas and fruit, followed by a mindful walk around the farm and short meditation on the mountain. After we’ll enjoy a yin yoga session and close the day with a farm-to-table lunch under the trees prepared with ingredients from our organic garden. About the yoga facilitator Muhammad Dawood is a Director and the dedicated Wellness & Performance Coach at a leading South African Property Law Firm. A qualified Attorney, Life Coach and Yoga Instructor, Muhammad loves merging his passions to unleash the expression of human potential. Muhammad’s interests are varied and include hiking, poetry, dance and conscious leadership to name but a few. He also serves as the Director of the Snymans Caterpillar Foundation. About the venue PecanBerry Farm is a family owned and operated farm situated in the De Rust Valley of Hartbeespoort overlooking the Magaliesburg Mountain Range and the Hartbeespoort Dam. PecanBerry Farm offers accommodation, event space, creative and wellness retreats, hiking, slow food workshops and organically grown fresh produce.
