Station 3: 100 Weighted Box Step Ups
Station 4: 100 Medball Ab Mat Sit Ups

Run: 600 meters
Station 5: 1000 meters on the RowERG
Station 6: 100 meters Devil Press

Run: 600 meters
Station 7: 1000 meters on the SkiERG
Station 8: 100-meter Sandbag Carry over the Yoke

This is a race for time.

All participants will be professionally tracked using advanced timing technology to ensure accurate and fair results.

A leaderboard will be published after the event — based on finish times per division.
