Na tej 5-dnevni delavnici bomo sledili krožnim zemljevidom prakse 5Ritmov, nivo dela s čustvi: strah (tekoči ritem), jeza (stakato), žalost (kaos), veselje (lirični ritem), sočutje (globoka tišina). Dolgoletne izkušnje odkrivanja čustev in njihovih zdravilnih in blagodejnih učinkov so me pripeljale do trenutka, ko sem pripravljena držati prostor in vas podpreti na vaši poti odkrivanja čustvenega zemljevida. Šele, ko si dovolimo biti ranljivi, lahko v naš vsakdan pokličemo več življenja. Več veselja. Več kreativnih trenutkov. Več ekstaze. Enega ni brez drugega. Ko si dovolimo strah zamenjati za pogum in to utelesiti, je storjen že prvi korak. Naš notranji plesalec, ki čaka na dovoljenje, da zasije v svoji moči in razpre krila navdiha, se skriva v vsakem izmed nas. Plast za plastjo bomo odkrivali čustvene tančice, jih ozaveščali in jim dajali prostor in čas, da se izrazijo ter zablestijo v božanski iskri navdiha, ki smo mi sami. Dobrodošli. Rezervirali smo čudovit prostor nad Izolo samo za našo skupino. Tam je dovolj prostora, da lahko postavite svoj šotor v senci dreves in parkirate avtomobile. Na lokaciji je tudi manjša hiša, nekaj tušev in kuhinja. Na voljo je prostor za večerno druženje, kjer se lahko zadržujemo in uživamo v razgledu na Izolo z vrha. Vsi, ki si boste našli zasebno nastanitev, ste v večernih urah toplo vabljeni, da se nam pridružite na lokaciji. Med seboj smo se podpirali pri poglabljanju ter pri izražanju jeze, strahu, žalosti in radosti z odprtim srcem. Med nami je rasla brezpogojna ljubezen in ustvarili smo občutek plemena - izkušnjo, ki je kot ocean. Prostor, ki so ga ustvarili Martina, Anže in Liliana, mi je omogočil, da sem se lahko srečala sama s sabo še bolj polno: začutila svojo žalost, radost, živost in povezanost z drugimi ter rasla v nekaj, kar prihaja bolj naravno iz moje notranjosti kot iz mojega uma. Učiti se ljubiti življenje v vseh njegovih barvah!« Barbara MARTINA & ANŽE: Martina in Anže sta akreditirana člana mednarodnega združenja učiteljev 5Ritmov (5Rhythms Teacher Association). Martina pleše od leta 1997. 5Ritmov poučuje od leta 2014 na ravni Valovi in od leta 2022 na ravni Čustva. Je plesalka, vokalistka in umetnica, zaljubljena v gledališče. Strastno jo zanimajo poučevanje, knjige, mačke in potovanja. Stavek Gabrielle Roth »Ljubim tvoj ogenj« ji je spremenil življenje. Njen slog poučevanja je spoštljiv in občutljiv za skupinsko telo, hkrati pa igriv in poln veselja. Udeleženci delavnic pogosto poročajo o občutku, da so sredi globljega zdravljenja na družbeni ravni. Anže pleše 5Ritmov že več kot trinajst let in sedem let zapored vodi redna tedenska srečanja v Ljubljani. Leta 2021 je zaključil trening za učitelja 5Ritmov, raven Valovi. Po poklicu je socialni delavec, z diplomo iz Postavitve družine. Zaljubljen je v nogomet, gore in potovanja. Z Martino sta predana raziskovalca metod 5Ritmov in Postavitve družine ter zaljubljena v življenje. Udeležba na delavnice se šteje za 5 dni, čustveni nivo (Heartbeat), za tiste, ki ste na poti za učitelja 5Ritmov. In this 5-day workshop we will follow circular maps of 5Rhythms practice, level of working with emotions: fear (Flowing), anger (Staccato), sadness (Chaos), joy (Lyrical), compassion (Stillness). Many years of experiences in discovering emotions and their healing and beneficial effects have brought me to the point where I am ready to hold the space and support you on your journey of discovering an emotional map. Only when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable can we call more life into our daily lives. More joy. More creative moments. More ecstasy. One is not without the other. When we allow ourselves to replace fear with courage and embody it, the first step has already been taken. Our inner dancer, waiting for permission to shine in his power and spread the wings of inspiration, is hiding in each of us. Martina has been dancing since 1997. She has been teaching 5Rhythms since 2014 at the Waves level and since 2022 at the Heartbeat level. She is a dancer, vocalist, and artist with a deep love for theatre. She is passionate about teaching, books, cats, and travel. The words of Gabrielle Roth, “I love your fire,” changed her life. Her teaching style is respectful and sensitive to the group body, while at the same time playful and full of joy. Participants in her workshops often report a sense of being held within a deeper process of healing on a social level. Anže has been dancing 5Rhythms for over thirteen years and has been leading regular weekly classes in Ljubljana for seven consecutive years. In 2021, he completed the 5Rhythms teacher training at the Waves level. By profession, he is a social worker with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, mountains, and travel. Together with Martina, they are devoted explorers of the 5Rhythms method and are deeply in love with life.
